Today we spent hours exploring and hiking through Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve. The beauty and serenity of our surroundings was stunning. The highlight was seeing the rare resplendent quetzal bird (we saw both a male and female). We were able to have great views through our guide's binoculars and telescope but they weren't close enough to get decent pictures on our camera. Here's a picture from the
